How pricing works

EDMP uses two complementary revenue streams - subscriptions for platform access and commissions for marketplace transactions.

Subscription Access

Municipalities, insurers, and NGOs pay a monthly or annual subscription for platform access. Includes incident management, GIS, communications, and analytics modules.

Pricing scales by organisation size, number of users, and active modules.

Transaction Commission

For each completed job in the marketplace, EDMP deducts a commission of 5–15% of the job value from the contractor payment. This covers escrow management, payment processing, and dispute arbitration.

Commission rate is configurable per tenant and job category.

Subscription Plans

All plans include core incident management, RBAC, multi-tenancy, and POPIA compliance tools.
